Calls for Service Up in December

JNVFD finishes the year with 11 total calls for service in December alone and 74 total calls in 2008 including: 32 grass/brush fires, 9 structure fires, 2 vehicle fires, and 29 EMS calls.

Fire Destroys Home Just Before Christmas

Fire destroys a home in Tuscola early Saturday morning. Jim Ned, Buffalo Gap, and Lawn Fire Departments responded to the call around 1:50am and found the home to be fully involved.

Last Fundraiser of the Year

JNVFD hosts Gold Event Fund Raiser at the Tuscola Community Center from 10am to 4pm. Proceeds benefit JNVFD's general operation fund.
